General Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with the products, you can return all the items in the order to us and get a 100% refund *. Please ensure that the items you want to return are in original condition (which means they are unused, unwashed, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the original product tags). The acceptance of the product is accessed by our inventory team.

To place a return request, email us at with the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return. We will get back to you with details on how to send the items back to our place. If our courier partner is not available to pick up from your pin code, send your eligible returns to:

In case of any transit damages customers has to be reported us within 24 hours from the delivery, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. Our warehouse team may ask  images of the product. Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the damaged product with a new product at no extra cost. reserves the right to offer an alternate solution in case the product is Out of Stock. Damages due to customer mishandling not returnable.

Send the image of the courier label with your order number to In case return due to transit damages will reimburse the cost ( Up to Rs.100/- ) of courier charges for returning the products back to our warehouse.

In case of General return like customer not liked product or he got other option then courier charges for the returns shipment will have to be borne by the customer.
